This is really cute. Makes different kinds of sounds. Isn't overly loud but loud enough to hear it. Overall great quality.

Returning. Put in batteries and it kept making weird noises. Didn't make any noise when pushing the pictures in the boom. Had to turn it off then on again every time a page was turned.

You and your baby won't have a problem hearing the music and sounds in this book. Fortunately, when you turn the book on, if you only push it up one notch it's not too loud. There are many features built into the book, including a unique sound assigned to each animal or marine item and 6 songs including some classics like Fur Elise. The ocean has always called to me, and I hope to instill the love for water and marine life in my grandchildren. I think this will be a nice start.

This book isn't as good as I expected it to be, but it's okay. Mine worked fine. If you touch the sea creature on the page, it will say the name of the creature. This is helpful for learning the animals. The pictures are cute enough.My cons are that it is very loud. The stars play random songs, and I would have preferred songs related to the ocean, or to be read a story of some sort. For some reason, stylistically I'm bothered by the battery pack being in the front rather than concealed in the back, but that's me being picky. It also doesn't seem worth the price, maybe if it was $10.

I really wanted to keep this book but I can’t. When you do the seek and touch it doesn’t say the right names of the picture. Will be returning.

This is a nice little book for the little ones. I got it to read with my 8 month old and she loves the bright colors and all the different sounds. My 3 year old really liked this book too, so it is really nice for a variety of ages.

This is such a cute concept! I was slightly disappointed, though, when it arrived. The way the book was described, made it sound as though there were interactive buttons for a child to touch. However, this is a buttonless sound book. And it was much smaller than I had anticipated. Thinking a sound book would be a larger item to be handled by a child. However, it came in a sleeve that was the size of a DVD box. There’s a cardboard sleeve on the outside, holding it all together. it does work, and I do not want to complain about that. Because it is an absolutely adorable book. I wish I would have been more aware of these features, though, as it is less easy for a younger child to handle than I had anticipated. The sound effects, however, are great as well as the songs. I know the children in my life will definitely appreciate them.
