The harness is easy to use, the lights are very bright, and there are three on settings (steady on, fast flashing, and slower flashing). Remember to turn on the lights before putting the harness on unless you have someone to do it for you because the switch is in the center of one's back. Also, the passive, reflectiveness of the harness is very good. We use this for walking, so can't comment about use during workouts but don't see a reason it wouldn't be good.

Bought this in December 2017 and it lasted til August 2019. The good parts: its adjustable, battery lasts a long time, and highly reflective. I used it during very early bike and running work outs. I always felt like I was highly visible. The bad parts: the on/off button is on the back, as a result I put it on backwards. That solved access to the on/off button, but then the clasp was on the back. Why not have the on/off on the front?? The other bad part is that it is not washable. Mine got pretty nasty from sweaty pretty heavily during work outs. It lasted almost years so I feel that I got my money's worth

My husband is a trucker and works at night. This was ideal for him.

This vest is very bright and has both led lights and reflector strips. The lights have 3 different patterns - solid, fast blink, or slow blink. I think it will make me much more visible in our under-lit neighborhood. Fit is not as great as I had hoped. My husband and I are both tall (6 ft) and this vest is short on both of us even at the longest adjustment. As a woman, its high-waisted fit looks especially awkward. The belt portion is stretchy and very adjustable. I think this will fit my kids very well and would fit a shorter person appropriately. We will definitely still use it to increase our safety when we are out walking in the evening.

This works excellent for that early morning run. The LEDs are bright and everyone can see you while your running in the dark. Much better than my previous purchase. The comments on size may be true, since I have a small frame and it fits me perfect fully extended. Love the fact I can just recharge the batter as oppose to having to keep buying button batteries.

Works great. Feel much safer when walking through the development in the evening.

Love it so far. A little slow getting here but no problems

Only flaw - the light control button is in the middle of your back so you have to take it off to turn on or off. I wish I could turn on or off while on the run.
