Not too shabby!
Offers pretty immediate relief but not long lasting- i’m back to coughing not long after i finish the tea but it does feel like my throat got a refresh. It’s only been 1 day and 3 cups of this tea. It tastes like what Thanksgiving turkey smells like and that’s only because of the Thyme. get past that and it’s not bad at all (from a professional tea HATER) :)

Since I have began drinking this tea, I am coughing up lots of mucus. Which I think is a good thing.

They got me for $25 🫣
They got me. After I bought this item I thought occurred to me. How can a tea detox your lungs? So I asked AI Here is the straight truth: tea does not actually "detox" your lungs. The term "lung detox" is largely a marketing myth. There is no tea, pill, or elixir that can enter your respiratory system to wash away smoke, pollution, or tar. However, certain herbal teas can support respiratory comfort and ease symptoms like congestion, irritation, and excess mucus. How Herbal Teas Actually Help Your Airway While tea can't flush out toxins, warm herbal brews support your body's natural respiratory functions in a few key ways: Soothes Irritation: Warm liquids help relax the throat and airway muscles, reducing coughing fits and soothing inflamed tissues. Thins Mucus: Steam from hot tea combined with good hydration helps break up thick mucus, making it easier for your body to cough it out naturally. Provides Anti-Inflammatory Compounds: Many herbs contain antioxidants that help soothe airway inflammation: Mullein: Historically used as a natural expectorant to help loosen mucus buildup. Peppermint: Contains menthol, which acts as a mild decongestant and gives a cooling sensation that makes breathing feel easier. Ginger: Packed with anti-inflammatory compounds that can calm swollen throat and lung tissue. Green Tea: High in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a powerful antioxidant that helps protect lung tissue from cellular stress. Licorice Root: Coats the throat to soothe tickly dry coughs (use in moderation, as high amounts can affect blood pressure). How Your Lungs Clean Themselves Your lungs are remarkably self-cleaning organs! They don't need detox products because they already have a built-in cleaning system: Cilia: Microscopic, hair-like structures lining your airways beat back and forth continuously to push mucus, trapped dirt, and pathogens up toward your throat so you can cough or swallow them away. Mucus: Acts as a sticky net to catch inhaled dust, bacteria, and debris before they reach deep lung tissue. Internal Detox Organs: Your liver and kidneys handle processing and removing actual toxins from your bloodstream—not your lungs or teas. The Bottom Line: Sip warm tea (like peppermint, ginger, or mullein) when you feel congested or raspy for comforting, natural symptom relief—but rely on your body's natural organs (and avoiding smoke or heavy air pollution) to do the real detoxing! The tea taste good and it makes my chest feel good etc etc. But for $25 I could have gotten the tea that does the same thing for $5 because I fell for the lung detox. My bad
