I loved this from the moment I put it on. I have had scoliosis since I was a kid. Noticed more back pain over the last few years along with my right shoulder higher and rolling forward. Generally not too bothersome unless I am walking a lot. Then the pain becomes pretty bad. This arrived on a day I had gotten home from walking a lot. I put it on and immediately felt relief. My shoulder was pulled back into proper position and the curve of my spine was supported. Honestly, I did not want to take it off. Not understanding reviewers saying it is hard to get on. I had no problems and adjustments are quite intuitive and easy. The one thing I would caution, it says if you are between sizes to go up. I wish I had not listened to that and actually gone down a size. Even so, it is easily adjustable and works. So glad I got this going on vacation soon that does entail a lot of walking. This will be a lifesaver
