Medical Bracelets for Men Women with QR Code Medical Alert ID Bracelets

Excellent product. It prompts you for all the relevant information for a medical alert bracelet and stores it all. It can be edited at any time (same easy process) and updates instantly. I uploaded my information and then went to the QR code and it was all there. Easy steps and has room for all the medical and contact information you need to have.

This is a great medical alert bracelet. Comfortable, easy to set up, and easy to access. Highly recommend it.

This medical bracelet with a QR code is such a clever idea. Instead of cramming tiny text into a bracelet, the QR code links directly to all my important medical info – everything first responders might need in an emergency. I tested it with a few different phones, and the code scans instantly every time. The bracelet itself is lightweight, comfortable to wear, and looks more like an everyday accessory than a bulky medical alert. The engraving is clear, and the band feels durable enough for every day wear. It gives me real piece of mind, knowing that if something ever happened, my information is easily accessible to medical staff without me having to wear something clunky. Overall, it’s practical, modern, and could truly make a difference in an emergency. Highly recommend for anyone with medical condition conditions, allergies, or even just for extra safety.

This QR Code Medical alert bracelet is a game changer! I recently had a medical emergency and had to depend on my family to give my medical history to the EMT's. My history at the time only required a brief description of meds I was taking and medical conditions, it was a simple task. However, due to the situation of this emergency, my meds have increased from 1 to several as well as a new life threatening condition has been added. Going forward, medical personnel can simply scan the QR code on this bracelet and have my complete medical history in front of them. The set up was simple and instructions were easy to follow. I was able to add my entire medical history, current medication regimen as well as emergency contacts in just minutes. I highly recommend this bracelet! It is also comfortable to wear and a very stylish design. If I had a complaint at all, it would be that the QR Code can be a little difficult to scan for the black on gold design. I would recommend a lighter color background with a black QR Code for ease in scanning. This one is absolutely scannable, but getting my cell phone camera to focus and scan was a little tricky. Other than that, it's a great value and functionality! I've only had it a couple of weeks, but the quality of the material looks to be very durable. It's also easily adjustable for comfort when wearing.

Subtract one star because QR code is printed on, not etched on. The fix is to purchase a roll of watch/screen protection tape. Band size is good. Latch feels flimsy, but it works. You control the amount of data that can be viewed, definitely a plus.

Purchased this for our parents who are in their 80s and love keeping their independence. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing they have a way to contact us if they need assistance while out. The bracelet is lightweight, comfortable, and discreet. Plus, setup was a breeze with simple instructions and no app required.

The ability to load information that is available to emergency medical personnel can be life saving. I am able to load in technical information on an implant, with pictures and manuals. That said, all of that personal information could be available to anyone with a smart phone. Also, the band will wear out and I don’t see a way to replace it. I am now looking to purchase a medical alert necklace with a QR code that can be more out of sight and if the chain breaks, I can replace it.

Very happy with product very light. Easier to set up only challenges. It's hard to scan the QR code with direct sunlight or indoor lights that shine on it.
