Having used many pre workouts in the past, and being both a weight lifter and runner- a good pre workout ‘kick’ is very important to me. I took buzzed honey before one of my heavy lifts and I was WIRED! It functioned as a pre workout but without that big crash that can sometimes accompany them. What I appreciate buzzed honey for most, however- is its capability as a before run pre workout. I’m running you need fast carbs before to kind of power you throughout the run. Honey is the perfect choice, and I’ve used it in the past as it can help with my he endurance. The ‘kick’ with buzzed honey comes in its caffeine content. I would say that a 100 mg is the perfect amount, and when mixed with honey, I was powered throughout my entire 6 mile run! I felt no crash and no heaviness, that can often accompany a pre run meal. The honey, in my opinion, was extremely quick, convenient, and efficient. Not to mention delicious! I used it again today for 4 miles and got the same effect! if you are a runner, specifically- try replacing that nasty goo with this 👀 5 stars!

I like keeping things simple and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that I might not like. I also like to stay as natural as possible and wanted to feel clean and good while still improving my performance.My friend recommended buzzed honey so I bought it. When it shipped the cap was actually broken off. I messaged them and they got a cap to me within a day or two it was really impressive. Didn't cost me anything extra.I used it for the first time the other day before a run. I usually am a little groggy and have a hard time starting, but I felt like I had a little bit more energy in the beginning that really helped me transition into running. I didn't feel an excessive amount of energy but just the right amount.The taste is really good as well, tastes like normal raw honey. I prefer it over the taste of costco honey for sure.Simply put it gives a good energy boost without any weird feelings. It's simple and helps give an easy transition into a workout or run. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this! Felt like I sustained energy in the gym, without a crash like I get with other higher stimulant pre workouts. Well sourced honey that supports local bee keepers. I was worried the taste would change because of the mix ins, but tastes awesome, just like normal honey! Love that it’s just three ingredients. Gave me some of the best pumps!! I tried buzzed honey for the first time before my workout today on some toast with peanut butter and a banana, and it tasted so good. I usually workout for an hour every day and most days I get pretty tired halfway through. Today I had consistent energy through my whole workout and after. This stuff tastes great and works so well!

Great flavor good burst of energy for workout no crash afterwards will buy again

This seems to me to be pretty much like normal honey which can provide an energy boost anytime. This has caffeine and some other stuff in it that I’m. Not familiar with. I usually drink coffee so didn’t notice anything from the caffeine.I guess different people like different supplements for pre or post workouts and maybe for some this Buzzed Honey actually makes a difference.To me, this just seemed like regular honey. I didn’t get any boost from it at least not anything different that I would have from regular honey. If you like the ingredients and think this formulation might benefit you in some way then maybe you’d want to buy it. I’d just get regular honey and I usually just drink water so I doubt I’d order this again. I just don’t see the value in it or any difference from regular honey.

I add buzzed honey to my morning smoothie right before I go to the gym and it really helps me to move faster in the morning and have enough energy to get me through my workout. I love that it’s natural source of energy and that I don’t have to put other harmful chemicals in my body for peak performance.
