Seems to work fine until you try to run a game, any game. GPU doesn't seem to even be connected. When you contact tech support, their idea of "help" is "just return it to Amazon." Don't waste your money.

Received with heat sink hanging only on two bolts. past was on bottom of heatsink, so it defiantly came lose in shipping. Was really mad. Thought I would have to return it. recorded how it was received but decided to tighten it back down as the screw were not stripped. was extremely hard to get the bolts to catch, but once they did everything tightened down nicely. Decided to test the computer and watch it for overheating. It has worked flawlessly at 4k on my 50" widescreen tv. Turns out to be best pc I've had. Despite the shipping misshape would recommend. Would love to give it a 5star for reliability and performance, but no one should receive a PC in the condition I did. I just got my mom a 300$ entry gaming pc to replace her dell that stopped working. and even this pc had packing in the case to keep the heat sink and graphics card secure in shipping.

Runs games “just fine”. Wanna run Adobe premiere pro or After affects? Get ready for super long load times just to be able to play back clips! This computer made me switch to Mac!

So far, so good. After buying two other computers from Amazon which did not work & one that lied about the graphic card, having to rebox & send them back, disappointed, this seller & computer work fine thus far. I needed a higher powered pc for my work at my University studying art, so I needed to be able to work with Adobe apps. Only thing is I'm having problems with latest Adobe Photoshop app, but will try to solve it with the Adobe people.

Big disappointment with the assembly quality. Fan was blowing hard from the very beginning even at idle. After some investigation we found the cooling fin tower was only attached on one side. During shipping it bent away from the CPU. CPU did not have contact with the cooling tower. Thermal paste was already dried out. Apparently computer was not tested afyer assembly.

I bought this to upgrade from my old office computer, works great, plays great, very quiet. I dont care for the rgb lights, but i got it on sale so i dont mind. If you have 2k to burn and need a new pc, this is a good pick.

I paid almost $2000 and it will not stay connected to the internet. Yes, I have tried all the settings, commands, and troubleshooting. Return!

Nearly perfect. The only issue is the "lenovo vantage" app caused glitches when playing videos. Uninstalled that and it's been smooth sailing. Ultra graphics in any game I play on my 1440p monitor. This is the best PC I've ever owned - if I could I'd give it a 4.8/5 only due to that app issue. But again, all it takes is a few seconds to uninstall that app (although it took me a few weeks to figure out thats what was causing the glitches). At the end of the day this is a great computer.
