Tastes amazing! I thought I was drinking regular chicken broth, but it was better than the Swanson I had been drinking. Then I just noticed it's vegan. I originally bought this because there's no garlic and I'm allergic. I don't know how they did it, but this seriously rocks.The only curious thing is I think the label has a mistake on it. It shows 8 grams of lactose under 0 grams of protein. Lactose, at least as defined in English, is derived from dairy. Nothing in the ingredients indicates any animal products, so I suspect a label error.

I tried this when I couldn't find the cubes anymore. It's great! It's super convenient to use, tastes as good as the cubes, and is low FODMAP. We use this for a lot of our cooking, even if it's just a dash in a sauce or a soup. I won't go back to the cubes after this. Yay!
