Fit was off for me
I had high hopes for this shoe since I like the style and arch support. But several things led to my returning it. I ordered a wide and the front strap was indeed quite wide; too much so, in fact -- it was too loose around my toes. But the sole of the shoe did not seem to be any wider than a medium size would be and were too narrow. The shoe also was slightly too long. The ankle strap was too short to fit around my ankles. And the top of the back of the shoe went up too high, rubbing against the back of my leg. So: Way too many things off about the fit for me. But I gave this three stars because, though the fit didn't work for me, if it works for you, this seems to be a well-made, good-looking shoe with some arch support -- which is rare in a dress sandal. And the silver color I ordered seemed lovely, even if not quite silver -- more of a color in between gold and silver.

Incredible comfort & support! LOVE!
The arch support in this super stylish heeled sandal is incredible! I wore them all day yesterday and my feet were comfy all day long. They have a deep heel cup that combines with a very secure ankle strap to hold your fit in place, preventing any pressure on the ball of my foot. The sole is flexible and nicely padded. These are worth the extra money! I got compliments from my most fashionable colleagues so I know they're cute! The color is great, a silver that leans toward pewter and goes with everything! I'd give these 6 stars if I could. Now I'm looking for this support and comfort in every shoe I buy!

Very awkward fit
I wear a size 10 and sometimes do better in a 9.5 wide sandal. I have wide but skinny feet. Based on limited reviews I ordered a 9.5 wide. These are NOT wide at all. The shoe base is actually very narrow but they made the strap longer so your foot hangs over the side and pushes forward squeezing through the strap. The 9.5 fit like an 11 and was very long. It’s a nice looking shoe but very very awkward fit and uncomfortable. Not for me.
