That depends on the circumference of your board. The length of each leather strap is 63 inch / 160 cm, so the circumference of your board should not exceed that. It’s best to take ~8 inch / 20 cm additional space to slide the board in and out.

Q: What is the maximum weight capacity of these surf board wall hangers?

It’s about the weight of 35LBS/16KGS per strap. We tested it with far more weight, but for long-lasting use, we recommend a maximum total weight of 70LBS, which is 35LBS per strap. That's more than enough for it to carry most boards.
