I am a skin cancer survivor and ordered a package of these shirts in XL. I am 5'11 and roughly 224lbs. The fit was perfect, snug enough to provide coverage and loose fitting enough for comfort.The shirts have stood up to several uses and washes so far. I would recommend these shirts as in a hot climate they allow comfort and breathe.

My dermatologist suggested I get some shirts that are UV resistant. I haven't used them yet, but hoping they do the job. They fit well.

They are comfortable. Loose fitting. Quality appears good. Time will tell.
