My daughter and my wife get frequent nose bleeds and these are SO helpful. I always keep them in the house. The kids ones are tiny little rectangles that puff up with blood contact and it has a clotting agent that stops the bleeding fast. My kid has no issues with them hurting or being uncomfortable. They work exactly as they should. I just wish they were cheaper.

As a soccer, softball and basketball coach I deal with nose bleeds on a regular basis. I must say, the Nampons nosebleed stoppers work exceptionally well. I have had to use them twice since purchase and must say they stop & allow clotting quickly, within 5 minutes stopping the nosebleed.

Eh. Not sure these are worth it. You stick it up your nose and it soaks up some blood. But then you've got to pull it out and get rid of it. I find pinching my nose using paper towel works well. Maybe it has worked for other people but I wasn't that impressed.
