This juicer is the REAL DEAL,,,
This juicer PERFORMS!!!!! My grandchildren requested REAL lemonade, so what they want, they GET!! I read Amazon reviews and decided on this machine. It came quickly, as Amazon does. The box was smaller than I expected ,but this is a nicely sized unit, plenty big enough for our purposes. My 7 Y/o granddaughter read the instructions, I washed the lemons, and we were OFF! 11y/o grandson was part of the team. ( and before anyone comments, YES I read on the instructions that children should not use the machine, I was standing NEXT TO THEM and directly supervising the process). I cut the lemons, and we were OFF to juicing. The mechanism was smooth and strong. The noise was minimal The amount of juice was IMPRESSIVE, the juicer was thorough. We had a LOT of fun, and the lemonade was delicious and cooling. Clean-up was a breeze. A quick rinse, time on the drying rack, back into the box to await the next juicing adventure.

Worth it! Amazing Juice Output, but Missing a Few Promised Features
I was honestly impressed with this juicer. It took me less than 5 minutes to juice 10 lemons, which would’ve taken me forever with a handheld juicer. The juice yield was incredible—I filled the entire juice container with just 10 lemons, and it ended up making about two pitchers of lemonade. I definitely wasn’t expecting that much juice! A couple things to know before buying: * The juice isn’t pulp-free. If you like perfectly smooth juice, I’d recommend picking up a fine mesh strainer. The product is marketed as having an adjustable pulp filter, but mine wasn’t actually adjustable. Because of that, a few seeds and small bits of pulp made it through. I poured the juice through a fine mesh strainer, picked out the few seeds that were left behind, then rinsed the pulp with a little water to get any remaining juice through the strainer before adding the pulp back into my lemonade. It worked out great. * The rotating feature that activates when you release and press down again doesn’t work consistently. It only rotated about 3–4 times while juicing all 10 lemons. * Noise-wise, it’s somewhere in the middle. It’s definitely not as loud as a blender, but it’s not whisper quiet like a microwave either. I’d say it’s a comfortable in-between and wasn’t bothersome at all. * The description mentioned it came with a storage lid, but mine didn’t include one. I actually would’ve liked to try juicing with the lid on to see if it caught any spray. Even without it, cleanup wasn’t bad at all. There were only a few tiny specks of juice that escaped from each lemon, and I didn’t end up with juice splattered all over the counter around the machine, which was a pleasant surprise. Cleaning was surprisingly easy, especially the nozzle. Since I’ve only used it once, I can’t really comment on long-term durability yet. It did seem to glitch a little at first, but halfway through I took everything apart to clean the strainer and found quite a few lemon seeds underneath the rotating reamer. After removing them, it seemed to work better, so the seeds may have been causing the occasional glitching rather than it being an issue with the motor itself. Time will tell how it holds up over the long run. One small thing I noticed was a tiny amount of juice dripped out when I removed the juice container from the base to pour it. It wasn’t much at all and may have just been juice sitting around the center drive mechanism rather than an actual leak. One tip that could save you from making a huge mess: don’t judge the fill level by looking at the outside of the juice container. The center post where the reamer attaches extends about 3–4 inches down into the juice container, so the juice level in the middle is much higher than it appears from the outside. Fill based on where that center post ends, not the outside rim of the container. Luckily, I stopped halfway through to empty and clean the strainer, so I noticed this before overfilling it. It was also incredibly easy to use. There aren’t any exposed blades, and the operation is simple enough that I could honestly see a child being able to use it. I also found that the best technique was to hold the lemon with your whole hand and gently squeeze around the edges instead of pushing down hard right away. That gave me the best juice extraction while keeping those tiny juice specks to a minimum. Overall, this juicer did exactly what it was designed to do. The juice came out incredibly fresh, pure, and wonderfully tart, and it extracted far more juice than I expected. Those lemons were squeezed down to a pulp… no pun intended! 🍋

Five stars but with a few caveats
It's cheap and it does the job. What's not to like about this juicer? Well, let me tell you: - The reamer is smallish so it works best with smaller fruits. Because of this, to get the best extraction from larger fruits, you have to push the sides of the fruit halves against the reamer with more force. That leads to: - Knocking the unit over. I've come close to tipping the unit over when pushing on these larger fruits. Just can't be too overzealous when juicing a lot of bigger oranges. - Speaking of juicing a lot of fruits, the pulp strainer holds about 2-3 whole fruit's worth of pulp, depending on the size of the fruit. So you're emptying that strainer often if you're doing more than a couple of fruits. The "wings" on the reamer, which are there to extract more juice from the pulp, can act as a snowplow and push built up pulp out of the strainer onto your countertop. - The resulting juice is rather pulpy. if you prefer your juice with low pulp or pulp free, additional straining is in order. This may come off as nit-picky for a sub-$15 kitchen gadget, but I think folks should know what they might face if they buy this, good or bad. The sweet spot for this is 2-3 medium oranges for a glass of juice. Any more than that IMHO you're better off looking into a more substantial unit that will make large batch processing much easier.

Decent first use, with some important observations.
Overall construction is middle of the road, with some parts feeling better made than others. The overall design is simple, and effective. The reamer (I have used only the small one so far) is good at getting everything out of the peel. The motor turns at a good speed, and it feels decently powerful for its size. The seed and pulp tray is effective at getting out most of seeds, and helps manage what pulp gets into the final product. Some smaller or underdeveloped seeds, and a moderate amount of pulp will make it into the juice. Only has liter marks on the side. It needs marks for oz and cups as well. I had to make my own cup marks on the side. The clear plastic lid, that is used to hold the fruit, has a smooth surface that contacts the fruit, and it really needs to have a textured surface, so that it can get a grip on the fruit while juicing. The fruit will often just catch on the reamer, and spin with the reamer, especially as you get a few pieces into it. The lid can make juicing harder because of that reason. I stop using it and just use my hands and maybe a fork to help hold the fruit in place. The motor, as mentioned above, feels powerful enough for its size, but it did start to struggle (or at least started to sound like it wanted to struggle) a little near the end of my initial use, and the base was a little warm. I would probably not buy this juicer if I was planning on using it for larger quantities of juice at a time. It does not feel like it would last very long, if used in that manner. If you make the occasional lemonade or limeade (up to the 5 cup max), then it may last a decent amount of time. I will find out as I plan on using it once every week or two for the summer for making lemon or limeade. The noise level is fairly normal for a kitchen appliance. It is probably on par with most automatic can openers or immersion blenders. Note that I have only used it once, to make lemonade, and used it to make about 3 cups of juice, so longer term use may change my views.

The Elite Gorment Electric Citrus Juicer works well. Great buy!!!
Just used today and it works well for all citrus fruits. It’s compact, durable, easy to assemble and clean, and works as designed. Would definitely recommend this product. I used to do it manually and my hands used to ache a lot. Don’t have to worry about that now.

Upgraded Manual
My favorite juicer. I have 4 different juicers at home and this one is my favorite. It’s easy to clean and in my opinion has the best flavor output of all the other ones. I am able to get all the juice out of this, with others I feel like it misses some and feels wasteful. Not too loud for a juicer compared to others. Works well and doesn’t take up much space. All in all if you like your manual juicers this one is a game changer.

Small powerhouse of a juicer.
It was perfect for the purpose. I needed the juice of 2 lemons and it did a thorough job. Great price too.

So easy to use and very effective!
Wow! Low tech and works GREAT! For citrus fruit this is 100 times better than a hand reamer or fancy squeezer of any sort. Does not require very much hand strength like those squeezers do and is not nearly as expensive as full on juicers. If you are concerned about all the bad chemicals in premade OJ like I am, get one of these and make your juice fresh whenever you want it. Easy cleanup too!

Very reliable and easy to clean
I have tried other juices in the past and I can tell you that this has been the best one I have ever used so far. It is of good construction and the parts are mostly dishwasher friendly. Although I hand wash each time. Comes with two different sizes of coring head for larger, smaller oranges/ grapefruit/ lemons Etc. The container itself has its own lid so you can pour the juice straight from it without it. Dribbling everywhere and you can go through quite a few oranges before it starts to heat up. I highly recommend this juicer over many of the others promoted on here. You won't be disappointed!
