I like this ice/heat pack. Tried heating up for 30 seconds but wasn’t quite warm enough so did 45 seconds and that was the sweet spot. I used it for both my shoulder and lower back and really made both places feel better. I love how versatile it is, you can just strap it on and it stays, doesn’t feel like it’s falling off or anything and it’s comfortable! I would recommend if you are struggling with aches and pains.

My boyfriend has been doing some heavy lifting at work for his job. When he comes home the first thing he does is pop this in the microwave and put it on his lower back. It's been helping tremendously with the pain.
