I have two 9 month old kittens, one that will eat practically anything, and another that I've been struggling for months to find something she'll like. I have tried so many different brands and flavors of wet food, and she turns her nose up to all of it. I ordered this one day on a whim, and she has gone crazy for it! As soon as she smelled the bag, she went savage on it! She ripped it up so badly, I had to put it into a sealed plastic container, which she still tries to jailbreak. She gobbles this up, both wet and dry, and I can't tell you how much joy it brings me. I've been so worried about her not eating enough, and finding something she loves is such a relief!

Cats love it.. Appreciate real food, but just so expensive. Thus one less star. Used as treats and rewards. Comes timely .

Been feeding my 9 yr old cat a raw food diet including Stella & Chewy rabbit as a topper. The only thing I didn’t like about the rabbit was the very hard texture making it difficult to crumble on his food. I just got a new bag and was delighted to see the smaller nuggets. They’re so easy to crumble and give as a treat and my cat loves them. P.S. The raw food has kept him lean, healthy and strong. 😻

This review is specifically for the rabbit version. I had ordered the duck duck, goose before, for my car with stomatitis (he needs soft food) and those were the perfect texture. The rabbit ones however are much smaller and much harder. Even soaking them in water, they take a while to get soft enough to mash up. The flavor is great (according to ALL of my cats) but please, please make the morsels bigger and less hard to break up.

My cat is not a picky eater however , she wouldn't go near this. I am willing to pay a higher price for food that is better for her but not if she will not eat it. Unfortunately, there is no return on it and I bought 2 bags. It also does not have a very pleasant smell.

Our Bengal mix girl will be 8 this summer. She was separated from her mother at a very young age, bottle fed and bonded on humans. When we adopted her at 8 weeks she was already accustomed to kibble. I've tried all these years to get her to eat canned cat food, meat, fish, eggs and organs all to no avail. She will fight you for a strawberry mochi and I mean she will have that thing out of your hands before you know what's happening but forget protein of any kind.. We recently discovered that she liked the freeze dried lung we bought for the dog. I immediately looked for freeze dried cat food. I didn't want to present her with anything she'd already rejected so went with rabbit. She instantly gobbled every bite. By the time we finished this small bag she wasn't happy with anything else. In fact when I didn't have any more to offer she popped me twice in the face. Thank goodness for Prime delivery. She's happy and I am so relieved to be able to feed the diet she should have. She's also taking in more water. Highly recommend.

Stella & Chewy is like a slow poison.. cause my cat to vomit and diarrhoea. We tried both rabbit & duck, both causes intolerance. We did very slow transition and with increasing amount, he started to vomit and have diarrhoea more and more.. Finally gave up and changed to Feline Natural freeze dried raw and he is finally ok. Wont recommend this brand at all..

Amaaaazing . My picky eaters cats loved it , although it’s new food to them but they didn’t have any digestion issues or diarria which amazed me .Totally recommended

Product took about 10 minutes to rehydrate not the minute it states on the packaging. Tried it both rehydrated and dry with my 3 cats and all 3 refused to eat. I would definitely not recommend this product.

Tried the other flavours, which were mostly declined. Rabbit is their favourite. This package contents were nice and soft, easier to break apart. They eat it dry with water close by. Won’t eat it if moistened. Expensive, but very good quality.

I ordered a bag of raw freeze-dried rabbit, from the US, via Amazon. Thinking it was a 3.5kg bag I paid almost £40, but, it wasn't 3.5kg, it was only a tiny 3.5 ounces bag! At the moment by the way, the price of this has gone up to over £50 from the same seller! Not only that, none of my cats liked or ate it, and so in the end, I put the rest out for the foxes that we feed, but even they did not eat it either, and guess what, it was still there in the morning, with cats, foxes and hedgehogs passing it by all night! Funny kind of 'rabbit' that even foxes won't eat! And yes, I did soak the pieces in water first as instructed. I feel very robbed, ripped-off and stupid for ordering it in the first place. I could never recommend these products, because, many cats, a couple of foxes & 3 hedgehogs can't all be wrong, the stuff must be not very nice, and, is certainly not value for money.
