I have used this lever indicator privacy set on many commercial projects and never have had a problem!This product will save you money as opposed to using the national brand and will work just as well.I will keep using this lever set.

I didn't even get to use it.It would NOT unlock. No matter what I did.Waste of my time putting it on the bathroom door.I'm a handyman and yes I know how to install a door handle.

A tip to make installation easy. You will most likley need to turn handle around. Factory could have did this. You will need to turn what they call the rose to put handle facing the door and not the door casing. Looking at the back inside of knob you will see small area with a pinehole punch mark on outer wall. My rose was pressed on to hard so it could not turn. I pressed outside edge so that inside edge was even. Then outside rose would turn. To reinstall line up pinhole edges with inner part of knob, twist left or right to lock back in place.

The media could not be loaded. I had some issues with the delivery as it said delivered but it wasn't in my locker. (arrived 12 days later) But beyond this it meets my needs for a quality product. The steel is a good Caliber metal.The pins are metal and not plastic as some brands do to reduce costs. Excellent bearingsAdditionally, its openings are standard, so if you need to put it in a hole already made, it fits perfectly as long as it is the standard hole. I had low expectations of the product.But it exceeded expectations.

Excellent handle. Great finish, matches the other black hardware perfectly. Sturdy and locks securely. I love having the state of occupancy clearly displayed without having to awkwardly jiggle the handle to find out. This was listed as commercial and it is, both in size and build quality. Yes, it can be easily reversed for doors that swing in either direction and inside or out. Installation was a breeze, typical door handle. Also included a new matching strike and even the hole shroud. I’m extremely pleased with this item.

IT'S NOT A STURDY AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BUT IT DEVELOP ITS FUNCTION.
