I put my Intel Core i7 12700KF through a stress test with 100% usage for about 5 mins and it didn't even go above 55* C! The application was straightforward and easy to do with the help of the provided spatula.

My cpu and gpu temp is down to 5 degress celcius compared to when I'm using an ordinary thermal paste. And it is very affordable.

If you have an older PC and use this paste, you will notice a great deal of improvement in the thermal profile. "As someone who operates Linux servers for tasks such as email and website hosting, I often monitor log data. Over time, I noticed that the core temperatures on my older system were gradually increasing, and I assumed it was due to the system's age. However, when I came across the C14 thermal paste as a suggested item for a new server build, I decided to try it out and see if it could help cool down my older system. The results were incredible! After removing the old fan/heatsink and cleaning off the previous paste, I applied a new layer using the included spreader before reinstalling the fan/heatsink. The difference in running/load temperatures was remarkable. Prior to the application of the new paste, the system's 8 cores were running at around 60-65 C. After applying the C14 thermal paste, the temperatures were consistently 40-43 C. The server is now running more smoothly (with less fan noise), and it will also help reduce my energy usage, saving me money. I only wish I had measured the wattage energy usage before and after to have some tangible numbers to share. If you have an older PC/server that's experiencing similar thermal issues, I highly recommend trying out the C14 thermal paste. It could potentially save you from having to purchase a new system and even provide you with some energy savings."
