**Q: Could someone please list the ingredients and the percentage of lanolin?  Thanks!**
A: active ingredients: Menthol 0.2% and Zinc Oxide 20%' Inactive ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Ascorbic Acid, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Beeswax, Calamine, Carthamus Tinctorius Seed Oil, Cholecalciferol, and on and on. No lanolin listed.

**Q: will it heal exzema?**
A: It has helped my sons a lot but has not healed it completely, but we are still using it.

**Q: does anyone else dislike the menthol/cool feel to this paste?  I am finding it uncomfortable.**
A: I use it on my husband who is bed bound, to prevent bed sores and he has not had one since he was in the hospital last April-May 2018.  He has not said anything about a menthol feel to it.  This Skilled Nursing facility he was in after hip surgery used it, so that is why I ordered it.

**Q: how do you remove this cream from clothing?  such as underwear?**
A: I rub it in really well, which takes forever.  Sometimes I even dry it with a hairdryer on a cool setting.  I've never gotten it on clothing, so I'm not sure.  I would try adding borax to your laundry, 1 tablespoon per gallon.  Check your washer's manual to see how many gallons of water it takes, or google it.

This is the very first time I have been so pleased with a product that I have taken the time to offer a review. I have found this cream to be the Best skin healing and protective cream I have ever tried - bar none - after years of trying everything else imaginable! It is better than most expensive prescriptions and even better than even more expensive compounded prescriptions for a variety of dermatological problems ranging from diaper rash to chronic eczema ....I highly recommend this cream...especially if everything else your doctor has recommended has failed to heal your or your child's skin condition. It has no harsh ingredients and is even great to put over a prescription ointment to seal it in as it is a thick cream and just a thin layer is highly protective. I recommended it to my cousin for her little boy's extremely irritated diaper rash that nothing had healed and they are thrilled with the results. I tried it following thousands of dollars of prescriptions that did not heal years of chronic eczema on the bottom of my feet that was so bad that I could not even put my weight on my feet getting out of bed and actually fell on my face several times simply trying to get up in the morning! I am not that old - just terribly stressed from a very bad divorce! I have asked everyone imaginable for recommendations and at least 4 to 5 dermatologists and internists later - I was still suffering and totally frustrated with everything but the prescription prednisone! By chance, I saw this product here on Amazon and since eczema can either itch or burn or both, I thought that the combination of calamine and zinc oxide, menthol for its cooling properties as I always had to wrap my feet in ice just to go to bed and sleep.... as well as beeswax (my favorite ingredient in J&J's First Aid cream for its protective coating but it is no longer on the market!) that I certainly had nothing to lose! I have found that this cream works better than anything else I have tried! I even use it my 90 year-old mother's extremely dry painful skin and it is very soothing... I cannot say enough positive things about it... no odor, no grease, no burning...just soothing protection....thank you for carrying this wonderful product!

This works for Psoriasis itching and burning. My face felt on fire, this didn't say it was for Psoriasis but had it on hand. I gave it a try last night on my face. There was no stinging after applying. It is very thick and took awhile to absorb but at this point I didn't care. It has a nice cooling effect after I applied it. So far it's the only thing I've found that gave me relief while waiting on the Dr to find a medication for m autoimmune diseases.
