These things are perfect! Work easily, already connected, sticky is amazing and they sit low on your feet. Better than all the rest I've seen or tried.

Instructions were good. Easy to follow. Product worked great for about a week and a half of use. Then one of the knobs broke while I was walking and no longer tightens.

I had a pair of shoes year ago that came with this lacing system. I thought it was silly at first, but then I realized a couple weeks later that they were the ONLY pair of shoes I put on each morning. I can't find the type of shoes I like with this type of laces, so I got a new pair of my favorite shoes and gave this product a try. They work perfectly and were easy to put on/install. I don't know what the other reviews mean about having instructions only in Chinese. There was an excellent set of instructions in English that guided me every step of the way. These were a great deal and they work much better than the elastic laces or the pull through clamping type that leave that long extra lace hanging on the front of your shoe. If you give these a try, you'll love 'em!

I was in Korea few years ago and these kinds of shoe laces were the trendy things (of course if you are into Ski you know them as "Boa" systems). Finding out that I can get them myself to install on any shoe I was quite skeptical. As others have mentioned that these don't have English instructions so just look at the pictures it's no more difficult than a IKEA instructions. This also probably means you can find these for much cheaper on Aliexpress if you don't mind the shipping wait. Few notes on installation. It uses 3M sticker so I could see this being a biggest failure point if you have to stick this on mesh fabric. My shoe luckily had a patch of smooth surface that had the shoe logo so I hope that means it'll stay. As for the lace yes it's very thin so if you have a shoe with just holes with no reinforcements it might just cut through from the pressure. Though the lace itself is nothing like the metal wires that comes with BOA so it might not have enough power to rip through fabrics. Lastly the lace are tied into a knot and each knot holds back a half of metal pill that connects the two ends. They were tiny and could be another failure point so I put a bit of thread locker (blue). (Side note when you heat seal I'd highly recommend approaching the flame from nails length away it melts more easily than you'd think) Update : At least with my shoes I did not experience any of the concern I raised. The problem I didn't anticipate was how uneven the pressure would be. I ended up wearing the shoe unbuckled and loose for a day and then tightening at the end of the day. This seems to have even out the pressure across the top of my foot instead of just focusing on my ankles.

If you are looking for something just to get rid of traditional shoelaces for your shoes, these will work fantastic. I love the boa system. This is my first time trying them when they were not already built into the shoes. I wish the " laces" were a little thicker because as you tighten the ratchet I personally am afraid that it will tap out before it actually tightens my boots around my foot and ankle. When it does get tight it is still only at the point where the system is and not on the foot part of my boots at all. But it did get me away from the races as a tripping hazard Edit: Just like I thought we had our first snow here in Northeast Ohio and when really ratcheted it tight. The lace snapped. I seem to be able to put it back together But it will no longer fit the entire length of my boots.

Absolutely awesome for people with disabilities they take a few minutes to set up, but it’s absolutely worth it

First pack I received was open a mess and missing pieces. The second set came in a nice box taped shut. The laces can be trimmed and shortened. They are easy to put together and work nice product. However one lace broke a week or two into using them. The other laces is still working fine, but doesn’t leave me wondering the longevity of them. For the price not a bad thing to try. I wore them with work boots, so maybe a simple walking shoe would be fine. Overall they are ok, but wouldn’t recommend as a buy.

I was a little skeptical when I purchased these no tie laces but everything went smooth. You'll need to set a few minutes aside to read the instructions and install them properly, it's not something you want to rush through but the instructions were clear and they work good so far. The main reason I was skeptical is because the knob that tightens and loosens the laces sticks onto the shoe tongue with adhesive backing but the good thing is that there are optional holes in the knob that you can use to sew it into the tongue if you want added durability

Cheap, flimsy. Adhesive on the back was rubbish so as soon as I moved my foot the connector would fall off. Definitely not worth the price paid.
