We love our 8 compartment storage shelf! It is high quality that you find in many daycare centers or classrooms with kiddos around all the time. Easy to put together with directions! The quality is great and durable!

My toddler has a huge book collection and I decided on this one due to height, compartments, and storage ability. I put it together myself in about 2 hours. It looks great and works perfectly.

Taking a star off for bad instructions and feel it’s overpriced for what it is

I was able to put this together by myself after the kids left the classroom for the day, and while parts of it would have been easier and faster with another adult to help, it was totally possible to put it together alone. I have put together so many different kinds of bookshelves and furniture pieces over the years, from a variety of price-points, and this one was super well done. The instructions were mostly clear (there was only one time that the picture wasn't as clear and I put something on backwards, but once I realised it, the picture made more sense, so that might be a user error more than a design/instruction issue) and all the pre-prepared holes worked perfectly. The shelf is very sturdy and works well in my classroom, and the color is neutral enough not to clash with any other colors in my room or give an overwhelming sense of 'too much' happening in the room. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Sturdy, good looking piece. It is an excellent unit for storage, cubbie bins, books, toys, etc. It was not difficult to put together, I am a 68 year old grandma and I did it. No matter what I am putting together, I always wish that the instructions were just a bit more detailed, these weren’t as bad as most, but I did have to take off one piece and turn it over. They don’t tell you things like, “ be sure the side with the slot is facing the back”. There are only diagrams, helpful hints would be nice. All in all, It is perfect for what I got it for.

These were just right for our small playroom. They are very sturdy and easy to put together. We added bins to a few of the cubbies and it was perfect!

I ordered 4 of these with the intention of setting up two nurseries. The instructions are literally incorrect.A shelf piece split during assembly on one cubbie and a second cubbie arrived with a large scar on the top shelf.If you are handy enough to get past the instructions and get lucky with the pieces not being damaged the cubbies are actually really nice.I'm hopeful the seller will make me square on the damaged cubbies and plan to update my review based on their response.*Update - Amazon provided a generous discount to resolve the issue. I'm very happy with the purchase and assistance. Highly recommend!

We have been on the lookout for a solid bookcase to store our grandsons’ toys for quite awhile. Very glad we took the chance on this online purchase. What we found in the stores was not as well made and we knew it would not stand the test of time. Even on display, some in store bookcases showed dings and tears in the laminate. This bookcase arrived packaged well and easy to put together. It’s sturdy and good looking. Very pleased.

Very nice bookshelf, better quality than I expected for just 200C$. I was afraid to get something a la Ikea (lack of) quality, but no - it's great shelf. Sturdy, functional and quite nice looking, and my kids love them. Moreover, it's plywood (which is clearly mentioned in product description), not MDF. I got two of them for my kids bedrooms, with size matching box cubes from Amazon. VERY easy and quick to assemble. The shapes and edges are pretty obvious so it's pretty easy to figure which part is which one and where is back and front, top and bottom (maybe apart backs, they look identical), even without instruction. One sticker (bottom shelf E, in both shelves) was on wrong side of the shelve, but if you use your brain, when assembling, instruction is just extra help to verify, e.g. which type of screw you should use in this particular place (they are two different heads, for shelves and for sides). It looks that it can be even put in different position (for very tall shelf) and still works well. Very happy with my shopping, seriously considering to buy 3rd one if it come back with price I paid.
