MacBook Pro Charger R60-T,MacBook Air Charger Replacement 60W Magsafe 2 Magnetic T-Tip Power Adapter Charger for Apple MacBook Retina-After Late 2012

This charger works well, it just gets very hot when using it. This makes me very nervous to continue using. My original charger wire was starting to go bad, but I did not want to pay the $80 to replace it with an Apple charger. I am thinking maybe I should have just sucked it up and gotten apple for safety reasons.

It's all right for a backup charger since these things can get a little expensive. My only complaint is that the charging cord itself is a bit shorter than Apple's version. It would have also been nice if the plug part could be swapped for an extended cord to make up for it like the original charger did. Other than that, I like how there's a little velcro strappy thing to keep the cord together when you want to take it on the go.

I guess it charges like it's supposed to; however, this charger gets super hot. At first, I thought the charger was merely just getting hot from charging while watching movies, but it heats up quite a bit even if my MacBook isn't running any processes.Update 5/20/2018:I can no longer use the charger, it's just too dangerous! After 10 minutes of charging, the case gets too hot to where it will burn you or anything it comes in contact with.

When plugged in to this charger (and only when plugged in to this charger) my computer spontaneously reboots itself at frequent and random intervals. My computer works fine with the Apple original charger that this product copies in every other way but functionality.

Bought this yesterday. Worked ONCE. When I went to plug it in a second time my laptop didn’t charge. Complete waste of money!!! Went to staples today and bought the real apple one.

I purchased this back in late May after my original charger was so worn out it died out on me. I was pleased with this charger for the most part (It's a pretty short charger; if you're in coffee shops a lot or don't have plenty of available outlets and or power strips it can't be a bit tricky to charge + use) but I noticed a few days ago that although my laptop was charging, the light would flicker and just not be on. However, not the light on the charger won't come on and my laptop WON'T charge either. Outwardly I see no issues; the charger cable isn't damaged or torn. Very unhappy with this, especially as I'll be out of the country in less than a week. Looking back, I should have trusted the previous reviews. I'm only giving this two stars because it worked fine until just recently.

Charger is not working after 3 months.The charger arrived on May 11th, 2018. It is August 20th, 2018 as I am typing this. The charger was working fine for the first few month, as I use it daily to charge a 13 inch Macbook Air for work and school. About last week the charger gave inconsistent charge volume for the computer, and until today, the charger has cease to work completely. My previous Macbook charger I used it for 22 months without any problem, it is currently being used by my brother for his personal computer. I am currently in the process of finishing my graduate thesis, and this was an issue uncalled for. I will be more worry-some and skeptical to order electronic appliances on Amazon after this experience.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! TWO MONTHS USABLE!! died after using 2 months. I have read the reviews before I bought it. And I thought won't be the those 1 star, 2 star reviews because there are unlucky one. However, you can also be the unlucky one, like me. This product has extremely high possibility to turn to out of order. It gets super HOT and this defect is the main reason of breakdown. Even your charger gets hot but works, it's just matter of time.
