This cushion exceeded my expectations. I needed to replace my outdoor cushion and I am so glad I took the plunge with this custom order. It fits great and is very comfortable. It rained on it the other day and the water just beaded right off.

I was skeptical when box received as it was vacuum packed into a small box but it amazingly came out and all wrinkles gone by next day. Good quality, nice full cushion. So many sizes and colors. Great value!!

It took a while to get here but it arrived today. Super vacuumed packed but unfurled quickly and nicely to the exact size that I ordered. Mine is for indoor use so I really can't speak to water resistance or weatherproofing. The fabric I selected was with indoor use in mind only. I'm happy with both the color and quality of the fabric which was the linen look. I ordered a light grey color and was not disappointed with the actual color vs what was represented on-line. I also ordered the grips on the bottom of the cushion to prevent the cushion from sliding and they are doing their job. I got 4 inch thickness and it seems to be thick enough and comfortable enough. The bench is really more for extra seating if needed, so no one will be sitting on it often. If its something you will use all the time, you might want to go a little thicker. With the cushion just out of the package and placed on the bench it was purchased for, I am more than satisfied with the end result. I haven't given 5 stars because I want to see how it holds up over time (I've got two cats so it will be tested !) and the fabric is still a little wrinkled from being vacuumed packed so I can't get the real effect just yet. I will try my hand- held steamer over the upcoming weekend if it needs a little help to de-wrinkle.

Seems fairly well made. Pretty comfortable after opening and allowing it to swell up for a day. However despite providing the exact measurements of the sofa, the actual cushion is about 1.5 inches short in the width which makes it awkward to use

Ok so I was hesitant to get one made and it is lighter than the pictures for choosing the colors but overall so happy with the end result. Very soft and comfortable to sit on. Used it for a bench seat for a kitchen table . It was worth it !!
