Review: Good but gone - At first I loved this product, cleaned well and seemed great. Few months later it wouldn't fully charged another few months later it stopped working completely. Before a year was up, it died. Not sure why and not happy.
Review: Poor Quality Control - The rechargeable battery on my old Miracle Smile died after a few a 2 1/2 years. I would think it would last longer than that but I really like it so I bought 2 more when I saw the great price. I used the first one once. The next morning I heard a noise coming from the bathroom. The Miracle Smile kept randomly turning itself on off. It had sprayed water all over my bathroom sink emptying the remaining water from the reservoir. There was no way to stop this. Fortunately the battery finally went dead. So I unboxed the second one and charged it. Once it was charged I filled the reservoir and turned it on. It sounds like the pump is working but no water ever comes out. I tried reseating the floss head but that didn't help. I left it on for quite a while to see if it would finally start pumping but nothing ever came out. Needless to say they are both getting returned. It is a shame but it seems quality control is not very good. I see a lot of issues in the reviews. I guess I'll have to look for another brand.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does a very good job!
*by P***N on August 12, 2026*

This thing clears small stuff out of the teeth every day. Only issue I have is that there is a build up of water residue over a year's worth of use. I need an easier cleaning regimen for it.
