Continue with your Biotin intake as this product revolves around onion extract for thinning hair. 30 minutes before taking a shower, apply lotion to hair. There is some tingling and urge of scratching yet be aware not to touch the urge. After washing off the lotion, suggestion is not using shampoo. Let the hair dry out, do not use towel.
