Love these shorts
These shorts are great Mountain biking. They look great and fit great. The most important thing when you are riding is comfort and will definitely be buying another pair in the future.

Does the job
They're great at the price point. I'm happy with them. They have a seperate shorts for a seat padding rather than built in. They sturdy yet stretchy enough for free movement. Pockets are nice. Barely noticed them while riding. If you have a larger tush I'd recommend sizing up. They have adjustments if needed.

Very nice bike short, Almost a double duty for the road.
6’1”, 200LBS, XL was a very nice fit. I was impressed with the waist, nice taps on each side and belt loops if you would like to wear one. The shorts fit snug but have enough stretch. I wear an XXL in road shorts for my legs but XL in these shorts get well. OK, now the thorn, wish they were an 1” or 2” longer.

Looks good. Good quality. Lots of pockets. Very confi padded inside shorts.

Thought They Were Too Big. They Aren’t.
I ordered XL and I’m glad I did. I have a 34/36” mid-section now and these shorts seem to be just right. This is a two-part deal: inner briefs with the pad sewn in and the outer shorts with the zippered pockets. To get the shorts to fit just right there are Velcro fasteners on both sides. To snug up the waist you fold in both sides a little then press down the Velcro. Seems to work. They're comfortable. Good value at under $50US. Pearl Izumi and others carrying the big name logos are just too pricey for me.

Work well
Great shorts. Padding in liner is better than my other bike shorts. Large zippered pockets hold phone, wallet and other items securely without them flopping around. Belts loops are nice as belt is better than drawstring or fit. I have 35/36 waist: XL was too large and large was good fit.

Great Mountain Biking Shorts!!!
I am so glad that I bought these shorts. My 15 year old Fox Racing shorts were needing replaced. I like having the separate chamois so I can wear these as biking shorts or as normal casual wear. They are comfortable, fit great, have a nice stretchiness to them. The side straps for customizing the waist, isn't my favorite design, but it works. Love the pockets. Put my cell phone in it and it was nice and comfortable. If you are looking for mtn bike shorts, look no further than these.
