I send a lot of parcels using the brown cardboard boxes. To date have always used scissors and tapes (brown, fragile and transparent tapes). Since I'm using a lot of tape and packing more items I fancied one of these tools to help me do the job quicker.They do come in a cardboard box well packed. You do not get any instruction on how to get the tape set up. So I ended up looking at youtube and sorting it out.The blade is covered by a red plastic, so make sure you remove it. The blade is very sharp. I did have few scratches from them. So please keep this away from children.The pistol grip is slightly bigger than expected is made out of very good and durable materials. The tape holder it has a wheel through which you can adjust the speed at which the tape is dispersed and the roll that holds the unrolled tape. The dispenser gun also features a longer flexible plastic bit which is used to secure the tape on the used surface.The tape dispenser gun comes without tape. Overall, it did save me some time but I need to be very careful and master the technique of using it.

I got feedback from our warehouse that the product is not very good, the tape slip aside all the time.Sorry I have to give one star.

Poor quality - buy a better one. Awkward to use. Too light and the wheel clogs up with gum too easily. Got 2 of these and our staff hate them.

Took me a while to work out how to cut the tape easily, but once that was sorted the machine works well and saves much time when packing large parcels. Better instructions on using the machine would have been useful.
