This is a good neck pillow. One side cool, one side soft. My husband loves his and it prevents morning headaches. I ended up going back to my hard neck pillow. It was really comfortable though, but my neck is just tricky. I use mine as a body pillow though, so I still use it.

It took a week or so but it’s a really great pillow. My neck pain is gone. I found that if I punch it down when I’m lay my head on it, it conforms perfectly. I did not remove any of the stuffing to adjust thickness because I’ve read reviews that said it took a lot of adjustments to get the filling correct, if they ever did. I was on the fence and considering a return but after the first week, I noticed a significant difference in my sleeping, so I decided to keep it and I’m not sorry I made that decision. I do wish it had more cooling effect, but still, overall, I like it and would buy it again.

My shoulder and neck pain are so much better now! I love that this pillow is adjustable also! I have tried sooo many pillows and this one is my hands down favorite so far! It supports my neck for side sleeping and is super comfortable.

Purchased the mini travel size to use while recovering from wisdom teeth surgery. It's the perfect size to carry from couch, to recliner, to bed. It supports my head, shoulders, and jaw well depending on how I want it positioned. It's squishy enough to manipulate but maintains it's loft to support. The cooling feature works impressively well and is soothing. It also comes with a nice carrying case so I'll be using it in the future for travel as well. Glad I made this purchase!

The jury is still out on this one. I have been sleeping on it for about two weeks and it is definitely better than what I had been sleeping on which was a My pillow, which was pretty much trash after several years. My neck pain is somewhat better, but it is not gone. I am not sure if they make a pillow that is perfect for me. If you are a side sleeper, and you have neck pain or headaches in the morning, I would say give this one a try. It might work for you.

I have been in a hunt for a pillow for my neck issues for years after countless tries I finally can say I found the one this pillow delivery 100% I'm able to sleep comfortably once again I'm a side sleeper and maintaining support for my neck is paramount and thanks to this pillow I can sleep comfortably the material is excellent brings extra filling for adjusting and bring a zipper to wash the pillow cover that's a plus I love it so much that I'm ordering more for the rest of my family...

I've been using this pillow about 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. I let it expand for approximately 36 hours before using it the first time. I have the one with the curve which is different and I'm finding I like the curve, it seems to fit better. Years ago I had purchased a pillow that had been advertised on TV. I liked it, I liked how you could mold it I liked the support but I found I had to keep putting it in the dryer to fluff it up to restore the volume every few days. I still have it but I haven't used it in quite a while. The Kucey pillow has what I liked about the other one, it's supportive it's moldable but I don't have to keep trying to get it to fluff up again after a few days. And I find it more supportive. I was not that interested in the cooling effect but it is comfortable in that respect also. All in all I would recommend this pillow. I've been very happy with it.

Another waste of mone on China pillows. THE WORST ZIPPERS, can't get any cheaper than plastic zippers that don't open. Third pillow with this stupid cheap problem. Spend a little more and get better quality.

These pillows are even better than expected! The cooling side really works and keeps the pillow feeling comfortable all night. They come with so much extra foam - plus, they're packed so full we actually had to take some out of the pillows themselves (and we usually prefer a firm pillow). Between the extra fill and what we removed, we probably have enough to make an entire additional pillow. What we love most is how perfectly they mold to your head and neck. The support feels incredible, and the alignment is spot on - you really do get the best sleep of your life. Highly recommend these if you're looking for a cooling, supportive, and customizable pillow!

I LOVE this pillow. I just got it and have only slept 2 nights and meditated several hours in bed with it so far. For context: I have a severe chronic illness plus a bunch of chronic pain, including shoulder bursitis/arthrosis an, osteoarthritis in a lot of my joints, and a lot of migraines, neck and back pain. I am mostly a side sleeper but end up on my back a lot too. This pillow is super comfortable whether on my back or side. It advertises that it's like sleeping on a cloud. It really does! Feels like a dream and in fact I am getting more REM sleep and remembering more dreams since using it. I'm surprised how effectively the pillow has taken the pressure off the shoulder I sleep on. Because of all my pain and symptoms, it was taking me 15-20 minutes to arrange pillows and blankets to find the least painful position. No more of that! Settling into bed takes about 5 minutes now and I am SO. MUCH. MORE. COMFORTABLE.

Well stuffed plus extra. Nice cover, love the cool side. I removed a fair bit of the filling as to high for me. The curved side is great. Not waking up with headaches any more but right neck still hurts a bit, the left side no longer does. You'll need to air them out for 48 hrs to get rid of odor and let the filling fluff.
