Good product…they provide kit with all instructions along with filter to set it on tap.

The water filter may be functioning fine for purification, but the overall build quality is extremely disappointing. Within just a week — even before proper installation and regular use — a major crack appeared on the top body, which raises serious concerns about the durability and material quality. A product meant for daily household use should be sturdy and reliable, but this feels fragile and poorly manufactured. The lack of a return option only adds to the frustration.

Good product except the joint with pipe inls weak I think as it got broken with a small hit with plastic bucket

Easy to install and works well. The water feels cleaner and softer after using the filter. Build quality is good and it is a useful product for daily use, especially in hard water areas.

This quality is terrible. It cracked after three weeks and is almost broken now. At least the outer case should be steel. ******** I have updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars due to their customer support. They have replaced the outer casing without any hassle. 5 stars for after sale support.

its works very well if you have hard water issue, before not using this i had so much hair fall, after the usage less hair fall.

Not a good product. All plastic, not durable. Sharing pictures of the 2 pieces bought and both got damaged within 2-3 months of usage.

Screw is not properly tightening with the tap. Thinking to return
