iBorn Metal Bird Feeders for Outdoors, Copper-Plating, 6 Port, 2.2LB

Beautiful, easy to clean and fill, the birds absolutely love it. I have become an avid backyard bird watcher the past few years and I have to admit, these have become my recent favorite additions. My flock of yellow and house finches have adorned these beauties from the moment I put their safflower, and black oil sunflower seeds in them, which holds a large amount of seed. I even got the copper iBorn thistle feeder because the flock has grown so much (highly worth it). They are also very easy to finish putting together from out of the box. They have been through high winds, storms, and I am sure they will do just fine in the winter weather as well.

This is a very nice bird feeder. Very attractive. Holds a lot of seeds and the birds are able to get to it easier. I would imagine it is rain Resistant but don’t know. I bought this to replace a feeder I got a month ago, which was cute but so small even the little birds could not hang on to it. This one is just the right size.

This is a great bird feeder, is light weight, easy to clean and lasts a long time. We ordered this one to add to the one we had from over 3 years ago that is still great. Holds up well and easy to clean.

Great feeder only wish the feeding tray was larger Would buy again!

Love this feeder. Very sturdy. My problem is with squirrels and raccoons. I placed an Aspects 18" super dome over this feeder to keep squirrels and raccoons off of it. Kept the squirrels off but the raccoon was able to lift the dome and feeder off of a hook. When both hit the ground the feeder came apart. I think the raccoon must have forced a part of the inside of the feeder out. I would suggest if you have raccoons in your area don't use the baffle and only use spicy seed. Eventually the raccoon knocked it off so many times that my baffle split all the way down the side and the hanger on the feeder is permanently bent but still works.

As soon as we hung it up the birds were around the feeder, enjoying their food. Really quite pretty against the sun. Don't think I have had a feeder that I would call pretty before. We lost our feeders to bears, but in comes a bear this afternoon, he ignored the new feeder and assaulted the old one. I am considering this an omen.

Works real nice, fills easy and is very sturdy. The birds love it and so do I.

Very nice birdfeeder, very sturdy, easy to fill with seed. Lots of birds have been enjoying it. Should get quite a few years use out of it.

This feeder is nice for the little birds, it is well made and nice to look at. The squirrels are not able to access it. It is easy to clean and fill.

The birds are wonderful to watch flying in and out of the feeder. Just great for us and the birds

I left this review until I had time to really spend some time watching the birds coming to the new feeder. We hung it on it's own pole so that we could see which birds were using it. The only birds coming to it right now are finch, nuthatch, and chickadee, the smallest of the usual birds. We figured out that the "ports" which are the little holes that allow the seed to fall out into the tray below, are very small and only the smallest of birds can sit on the perch and pull seeds out of those holes. I try to fill the bottom with seeds before I hang it up, but that allows the blue jays to swoop down and grab a seed, but they can't sit on the perch as they are too large. We get a good variety of birds, including cardinals and they attempt to find seeds there but don't use it and use a similar feeder that they can sit on and feed. The copper colour feeder is beautiful and because the little birds can use it and have it to themselves, we are not unhappy about it. But I wish those holes were larger then it would have been perfect.

Peanut chips can get jammed in the holes. Other than that, it is nice. Easy to open to fill and clean.
