Upon receiving the initial order, I was disappointed to find that one item was broken and the other had paint damage. I contacted Amazon customer care, and after some negotiation, they kindly agreed to send replacement items free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement items also malfunctioned - one worked briefly before stopping, while the other didn't work at all.

I highly recommend buying these products.The smell is so mesmerising that it reaches every corner of your house and lightens up your mood as well.Your home look too elegant yet fragrant and gives positive vibes to your family and guests.There are different oils with different fragrants just for a change you can use them as well in the lighter.The lighter is yet tooo beautiful many of many guests have questioned me about the products.Worth the price and quality is 100/100.

I am very disappointed with the product, which is not working as expected. To make matters worse, Amazon is selling this item but refusing to take any responsibility for the issue. The customer support experience has been pathetic. If a product is non-returnable, it should be clearly and prominently mentioned at the time of purchase. Hiding this information or placing it in fine print is misleading and unacceptable. I expected better from Amazon. This experience has seriously impacted my trust in your platform.
