We purchased this to charge the glow in the dark stars on the stars of our young son's room. Works even better than we imagined.We just place it in the center of the room on the floor for like 3-5 min before we head in for stories then turn it off and tucknit away. His reaction each night this week has been: "wow they are so glowwwy. So cool."Please note, this works so well it is likely actual UV as advertised (unlike many "blacklight" choices) so it would not be safe to look directly into (aka I wouldn't leave my kids around it unattended).It does have three brightness levels and a flashing mode (changed between via hitting the power button). We use the brightest cause we're not in the room and it's 10 ft from the stars we're activating the glowing in. ... Charging is a breeze (usb-c). Though we haven't really had to charge it due to limited use each night.

Very bright. I use them for night fishing and the make the blue fluorescent line glow for quit a distance. I wish the charge held up longer, I have to use two to fish all night.

Great usb no cords no mess lights! They are compact and I love the ease of placing these in any direction or angle. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is it does not last very long. On high its about 2hrs max and after the 1st hr it slowly dims and dims its not bright and vibrant as when first turned on. And this is fully charged which a full charge takes about 40min to an hr.

Just what I expected.

These exceeded my expectations! I bought them for a last minute "Glow Day" for my classroom. I liked that I could move them around different areas of the classroom without having to worry about where my outlets were. I didn't notice heat emitting from the light source like I've noticed on other black lights, something very important to me because I have kindergarteners who like to touch everything. A full charge lasted our 7 hour school day, although I did turn them off during non-classroom times like lunch, recess, specials, etc. I have a large classroom, and my classroom wasn't completely dark, but these lights still illuminated yellow highlighters, neon safety vests that we wore, blacklight tape, blacklight face paint, etc.
