It's almost like you need to remind yourself to clean it
Coming from a lifetime of aluminum or teflon pans, I'm used to at least a little sticking when cooking most things, regardless of what else goes on. This pan is different. Regardless of what I cook in it, by the time I'm done spooning it or dumping it out, the pan looks like it's already been washed. It even beads water. Cleanup takes a few seconds with a soapy sponge and some hot water, and the pan dries very quickly. If I had one issue, it's that the pan is a bit shallow. If the sidewalls were half an inch taller, it would be the absolute perfect pan. Granted, I haven't put it in the oven yet. That's for next week when I make a pot roast. Addendum: It's been 5 1/2 months of regular use, and I'm still pretty happy with the pan. Still largely unmarred. A word of warning, however. It's not armored. Banging utensils on the lip to dislodge sticky things (like that tablespoon of cold butter that won't let go) WILL eventually mar the ceramic coating.

Great pan
I finally used this pan before the Hurricane hit us. Gas stove. Cooked some pork chops, low heat setting. They came out perfect! Would like a whole set of these but I have a whole set of Magnalite that can’t be replaced. Very light weight to handle but not a thin pan, it’s a perfect weight. Even cooking surface. As others have suggested use low heat setting. No idea how they will do on an electric cooktop, personally would never use electric stove. Cleaning was a breeze, really just need a paper towel but of course you do need soap and water. I washed by hand in the sink. Air dried no water spots. Looks like it was never used. If I were starting life over these are the pots I would purchase. I only weigh 110# and old, (77) so having lightweight pans are becoming a must. I’m going to look for a lid for this pan. May even buy a few more of these. The bottoms of the pan reminds me of the original club aluminum pots from the 70’s. Sits very level on the stove top. Opening at the end of the pan handle so you could hang it if thats how you store your pots. Nice handle length. All in all I really like this pan.

It does scratch easily - too bad
This is an updated review as of May 6th. I now really dislike this pan and will not use it anymore. I never received an answer from the company about whether it could be used with the small scratch in the middle but I used it anyway hoping it would be ok. It has also lost its non stick ability. I only used it for eggs, or sauteing veges and fish but with each use it became less non stick. I use a small amout of olive oil even though it was supposed to be non stick, but that doesn't even help now. I browned the fish last night and it was so hard to get the browned portion off of the pan I had to use my fingernail to scrape it off. I usually use a scrub daddy which works for non stick surfaces. Previous review: I loved this pan when I first started using it. I mostly use wood utensils, but I did use a stanless steel spatula when I had to turn some fish I sauted. I don't know how that could have scratched the pan but I now have a scratch in the middle of the pan on the bottom and I don't know if I should continue to use it. The info about the pan says scratch resistant, but it's not!

Great skillet! But not induction compatible
The nonstick coating on this pan does a wonderful job and very easy to clean...also like that it is lightweight. My only complaint is that it specifies in the description that it is induction compatible which it is not! So we have to use an adapter plate which isn't ideal. We would much rather use the skillet without one!

Saved my bumpkin
I should be honest and transparent about my purchase. So I will present my situation then tie in this purchase. So my wife and I needed to replace our pots and pans we’ve used for many years. Everything was sticking and some lids became lost. So we searched in the brick and mortar stores and online at various websites. We happened to come across the Gotham Steel pots and pans at Kohls. This item was reasonably priced and TBH a Good looking product. We purchased it in Oct 2025 and had been using them up until recently when I left the empty 10-in pan to unattended flame. Just burnt the nonstick as well as the oil I used in it. So I thought let’s look up to see if Amazon carries this product line and this specific item. I searched and I found it. This item was priced around $20so I purchased it. Everyone is happy and the wife is none the wiser to know the truth.

Did not last
I bought this pan because i needed a lightweight option due to arthritis shoulder issue. It is a good pan but not great. It became less non stick quickly and the white colour was impossible to maintain. Overall its ok as a budget pan but lasted only one year before i needed to replace it. I will not purchase again.
