This cap does what it says it does. This is the only one of these I've ever had so I don't have anything to compare it to. It stays warm as it's supposed to. It's a bit heavy and slides down over my eyes if I try to really do anything other than just sit down with it on. I try to make sure I'm going to do something sitting down with my head up while it's on (like watching TV). I do have an average to small head though. It appears to be made well too.

I enjoyed using the deep conditioner cap, even though I did not follow the instructions correctly, it worked well. The instructions say to increase the heat level in 10 to 15 second increments, which I did not do. I put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and it was uber hot. I would not advise. The warmth lasted for about 30 minutes are more. I placed another sleeping cap on top of it to maintain the warmth longer. I slept with in on over night and I was very pleased as the cap stayed in placed and no liquid dripped down my neck. It can feel a little heavy, the cap, but if used while laying down, it is not a problem.

The cap did get warm but it took longer than suggested. However I could not wear it with my glasses because of the weight of the cap pushing on my glasses causing me to have a severe headache. I tried using it twice and gave up and used a plastic bag. It's just too heavy and the elastic is too tight.

This cap fits well and snug where it does not come off. Mine stayed warm for about 20 minutes with 40 seconds in the microwave. If I would have know the results of my hair afterwards, I would have purchased sooner. I washed my hair as usual. Instead of a shower cap after conditioning, I used this cap. OMG! My hair was so soft afterwards and easy to comb through. This is just what my hair needed. I can't wait to see the long term results. Better yet, I received an email from a live person after I received the cap. A real live person! That is rare and made an even better difference when deciding on my next purchase.

This was a great way to do a deep conditioning treatment anywhere. The cap is really comfortable and has an elastic band to conform to heads of all sizes. You can heat this in a microwave and use it for curling your hair. Being able to do deep conditioning treatment anywhere is great, and it can save a trip to the salon. You can also use it for for leave in moisturizer. I was really happy with how comfortable it was. Also it's well made and very durable. I have used it several times and it's worked very well. I have really thick hear, and treating it can be very difficult. I also don't like the cost associated with paying a hairdresser to do things like deep treatments. I usually have my hair cut at least four times a year and my hair takes a lot of time to properly care for. Cutting out additional trips to the salon is a huge money saver.

I’m not happy at all with this heat cap. It was MUCH too large, and it didn’t hold heat. I purchased this cap because my previous purchases of a different band was no longer available. And my decision was based on customer reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this cap.

At first i was hesitant to get this product after the reviews but after my first time use, i confess that It proved me wrong and its really really effective in conditioning and treatments. This is a great product suited for its purpose. I recommend it to anyone with doubts. It fits in the head perfectly, and the heat retained is good enough. Awaiting results with my hair : ))

Tenía mis dudas por los comentarios pero es muy fácil de usar, solo aguas con pasarse el tiempo en el microondas, casi me quemo!

Ich habe Afro Haare Typ 4a/b/c und ich habe es gekauft für meine Kuren (Öl und Conditioner). ich wollte eine Wärmehaube haben, mit der ich rumlaufen kann, um noch Sachen zu erledigen. Erstmal hatte ich es in die Mikrowelle getan für 15 sec ohne zu wissen,dass meine auf 1000W war. Es hat leider nichts gebracht und ich habe es für 2 min drin gelassen. Leider wurde es zu warm an der Stelle auf der Kopfhaut, wo eine Berührung zustande kam. Für 1,5 min und 1000W finde ich es ideal und es spendet für ca. 15 min die nötige Wärme. Es ist dennoch nicht zu vergleichen mit einer Wärmehaube, die Strom benötigt, weil die Wärme mit der Zeit abnimmt. P.S. ich hoffe nur, dass es ok ist bei 1000W 😁 Mein Youtube Kanal heißt: Blaq Rose

Cap is as it’s shown and keeps heat very well. Little bit on heavy side (which is not the issue), just elastic pushes into back of the ears if ears out or kind of tight on ears if put over. But I held it for a full hour so that explains why. :-) Overall serves the purpose!
