Review: Almost the best and better than old touring seat - The seat is super comfortable for long rides, and along with a handle-bar riser it might just make the Interceptor a good companion as a tourer as well. I recently did a 6 hour 350KM ride and just took two breaks. I also have a handle-bar riser so some credit has to go to that as well. The only minor issue with this seat is that it does not provide a good amount of inner thigh support unlike the older touring seat, and this shows up when you are coming downhill , wherein you tend to slide down a little easier than the older touring seat, otherwise this is just what the Doctor had ordered. Review: Much awaited product - Finally Enfield decided to manufacture an actual Touring seat. Was using their precious version of the touring seat on my interceptor, but was disappointed with the discomfort and pain I was having. Tried this after reading reviews but was concerned if this is going to turn out to be the same. But to my surprise, this does clear most of the negatives from the previous version. The seat doesn't spoil the look of the motorcycle too. Travelled around 200 km with this seat on, except for the tiredness of the ride on my back, I didn't feel the pain to come from the seat. This is a good value for money. Worth the penny. Stock seat hits the frame quickly. This is cushony for atleast 150kms straight.
