East to read dial, old school stretchy metal band that is very easy to size. No tools required at all to adjust the band. It did get snagged once and broke a band link, just replaced the link with an extra one from the several that are supplied. The stretch band makes it easy to put on. My elderly father was struggling with his previous watch’s clasp and couldn’t read the watch face anymore.
