So the tea actually works, the taste I can work around, it’s not that bad, I just add a little sugar, but if you’re constipated or not pooping regularly or whatever the case, use this tea, other than spending almost $100 on a celebrity tea called kaoir tea ran by keyshia kaoir, but other than that, this product is very cheap, it works, I love it, and it helps my bloat, I’ll be buying more, and no this is not a paid interview, this stuff actually helps my bowel movement.

This senna tea works well for gentle relief of constipation. The flavor is mild, caffeine-free, and easy to drink. Good value with 64 bags included.

I have trouble with constipation and this stuff works really well. You just have to decide how much of it. You wanna drink half a cup for me works fine every day.

I love the Senna Tea but, the tab is glued to the bag and no matter how careful you are pulling it off it rips a hole in the tea bag! I will be looking for another brand unless someone makes this right.

I drink this stuff when need a little help with Constipation Issues. Usually takes about 1/2 day. Suttle but effective. Taste is really mild.
