You can adjust the width and the placement of the balls on the Accu back tool. So if you have tight upper back pain you could make it less wide and if you have pain in your thigh you can make it wider. **Q: They're 3 different "Accu-Masseurs" $ Ranges from 18 to 24 to $37 & Product weight from 12 oz to 2 lbs-r these different sizes/styles of same device?** A: I have bought the 24 dollar Accu-Masseur, which is beige in color, and I have bought the 37 dollar one, which is red and black, and even a purple and lavender one for 37 dollars.
