Great little gadget! After seeing the product photo, I was a bit skeptical on how it'd work without the water going into your head and giving you a headache. But after few usage I'm impressed on how good it is to clean your nasal passage. As a long time Rhinitis sufferer I needed something like this. Couple of tips: 1. You can make the Saline water at home. Put 1/2 spoon of table salt and 1/2 spoon of Baking Soda on 500ml slightly warm water (not boiling!). Source: NHS website. 2. Tilt your head on the opposite side of where the saline water going. i.e. if you are are putting the water on your right nostril tilt your head on left so the water will come out easily. 3. Start breathing using your open mouth BEFORE you let go the water to go inside your nose. Happy nasal unblocking!

My husband suffers from rhinitis (I am afraid my parrot is to blame) and has been suffering for years. He's had antihistamines, sprays, pills and potions, but still suffers. Then I hit on this as a solution. Bingo! The first time he used it there was a lot of swearing and spluttering, but he had used plain water. Malden sea salt and bicarbonate of soda and it was a breeze, and was not at all as unpleasant as expected. Within a few days the results are very noticeable. We are both pleased.

I only received the product today so I can't comment on it yet. The one thing I can comment on though was to my absolute disgust it arrived without outward packaging - just with my name and address stuck on the box for everyone to see what was inside it. I am rarely home during the day and my neighbours usually take delivery of my packages. I think it's totally inappropriate and disgusting not to have outward packaging on such a personal item. I felt totally embarrassed about this and feel it's absolutely disgraceful. Time will tell whether the item works or not.

Doesnt have the same pressure of other products

Tiene una buena capacidad, suficiente para no tener que ir llenándola contínuamente. Se adapta muy bien a la nariz, no incomoda en absoluto. El botón de impulsión resulta muy apropiado. Quizás el precio sea un tanto elevado, puesto que al final, no son más que unas pocas piezas de plástico. Ya veremos con el uso qué resultado da, pero de momento me parece una buena compra.

Un peu désagréable mais ça débouche rapidement le nez, j'étais très souvent enrhumé depuis que je l'utilise mon nez n'est jamais bouché, je le recommande , c'est mieux que les spray en pharmacie qui pour mon cas ne servaient à rien.

Gostei da maior capacidade, que esta garrafa tem em relação ao normal que é 300ml. Tem um ponto frágil que é o botão de pressão para a saída do liquido, que podia e devia ser um pouco mais resistente. Continua funcionando bem.

Tellement mieux que ma vielle il corne que je trouvait déjà exceptionnelle ! Je ne reviendrai pas en arrière !
