I have IBS-D with gluten and dairy sensitivities. I feel like these are effective and really help me with reducing symptoms. I take one along with other things when I'm eating a risky meal. They're very digestible with no taste.

It works! Not completely fool proof in a dairy/gluten filled lifestyle
Great price at 18$! It works perfectly for occasional eating out, etc. I find if I try to eat gluten/dairy/whatever I want everyday for 3-4+ consecutive days, esp multiple meals, one pill before a meal doesn’t cut it, but is still helpful. I went gluten and dairy free to see if I felt better for a few months and then when I tried to eat it again, I started getting a lot of weird farts! So I looked for digestive enzymes and started these and I won’t get weird farts when I take them if I’m only eating a meal or two here or there LOL.

Great product. If taken as directed it seems to help with digestion & bloating. Tried other products in the past & this product seems to relieve symptoms better.

Works great for accidental gluten/dairy exposure
Good for accidental gluten and dairy exposure. Works great pill size is medium capsules and easy for child to chew or adult to swallow. Not much of a taste to it which is good. It used to be more affordable but now that Target doesn’t sell it anymore this is about the only place you can find it so the price went up. It does work though.

I swear by this! I have sensitivity to both dairy and gluten and take this before I eat either. I don’t have the bloating or heartburn/acid reflux as I do if I don’t take it. I’ve forgotten to take it before meals with either and it still works even if taking it after.

Not the same
Size of the capsule is now smaller and different color. Why? Idk otherwise I use to like this until they changed it

Great for Gluten Sensitivity
These enzymes and changing my diet have been a game changer for me. As long as I take these with meals I don’t have any issues but I don’t intentionally eat gluten. I use these mainly when eating out. I can eat a small amount of dairy if I take these before or within 30 minutes of eating.
