Love the face oil.

I really like this facial oil. I've tended to avoid them, because it seems counter productive, but this one has been a great introduction! I love the simplicity of the packaging, it looks good on my skincare shelf. It feels like good quality, it's not cheap packaging.Following instructions, I use 3-5 drops in my hands and then press it into the skin. There is, of course, an oily feeling, but it sinks into the skin beautifully. I've used it maybe 10 times in the last month or so (I will never be a daily skincare girl, it's just not who I am,) so I can't say for certain the lasting effects. But I will say it makes my skin feel good the next day and it's a fun addition to my skincare routine.What I do not love is the scent. The only way I can describe it is "midwest cabin basement." It smells like a cabin, or like Christmas decorations that have been in a mildew-y closet all year. It's quite strong during application, but I don't smell it once it's soaked into the skin, so it's not a deal breaker.Overall, I do recommend this product!

I usually steer clear of using scented products in my skincare routine, and boy is this scented. However, the scent is from the tea tree and rosemary oils in the product, not due to any perfumed ingredients, so I'm giving it a complete pass. That said, this product is really great. I use about three drops for my face every other night, and so the bottle should last quite a while--a good thing, because I'm not sure it would be worth the price otherwise. Is this a great addition to my skincare routine? Yes, absolutely. It absorbs well (I'm a combo skin girl), doesn't irritate (also a sensitive skin girl), and leaves my face looking quite dewy in the morning (I only use it at night). Would I purchase this again once my first bottle runs out? Probably not. It's a luxury, not a must have for sure, as there are so many other brands out there with a squalene/salicylic acid serum for 1/8 of the cost.

I wasn’t sure about using an oil on my face, but I actually really like this! The salicylic acid is great for treating and preventing breakouts. The oil itself just resembles any oil when you squeeze it out of the dropper. Upon application though, it absorbed quickly and did not feel or look oily or greasy at all. You only use a few drops to cover your face, so this bottle will last quite a while. So far my skin has been clear and hydrated after using this overnight. In the longer term I will see if the results continue, but my initial reaction is great. The scent is very light as well, and not noticeable at all once it has absorbed.

This is great to use when my skin is dried out and I feel like regular moisturizers just aren't cutting it. We are entering winter where I live and the cold wind and indoor heat dry can dry my skin out. A little bit goes a long way with the oil, a few drops is all I need to cover my face and neck. It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and nourished. It also layers well with my creams, but I like to give the oil some time to absorb before applying anything else. Tea tree oil is an ingredient and it is a very prominent and strong smell that I personally do not enjoy. It is very strong smelling when applying, but lessens over time.

I love my skincare products, and finding new and innovative skincare is one of my favorite things! I saw raving reviews about this brand, so I decided to try out the 'SWEET JULY' Irie Power Face Oil. First off, this product came very well and the bottle was protected and box was sealed when it got to me (which I appreciate a lot). The bottle is very modern and aesthetically pleasing; has an ampoule-style dropper, which makes it easy to dispense the right amount. I love the way this product feels on my skin, it feels very moisturizing (like a moisturizer); yet it's in a lightweight and absorbent skin oil. There's lots of great clean ingredients in this skincare product, and I appreciate that it's vegan. I don't notice much scent myself, and it's been very gentle to my skin. I think this is a great skincare item; my face looks and feels great. I can't get enough of the natural glow that this face oil gives me-I love it! Also, I feel like this bottle will last quite a while, as it doesn't take a lot for an application. The price is a bit more than what I (typically) spend on skincare, but if I really like a brand (like this); then I feel that it's worth it, especially since this is a clean and vegan product. I really like this face oil a lot and am glad to be introduced to this 'SWEET JULY' brand. I would recommend this product, because it's nice quality and really works well.

I didn't have any breakouts but I didn't keep using it after a couple of tries. My daughter, however, loves this stuff. It works for her dry & sensitive skin. Her skin looks really good and she's vegan and appreciate the vegan aspect. The price is a little bit much in my opinion.

I like this oil, it feels really nice and hydrating. The smell is natural/herbal. I’m not a big fan of the scent to be honest, but it does go away. Absorbs in nicely to my skin. My skin feels really plump & soft after using this, so I think it’s really nice.However- it arrived with the dropper screwed on already, and the lid wasn’t even fully screwed on, and the box was fully soaked with oil. I’m not sure how much I lost because it’s an opaque bottle but I imagine it’s a nice amount. Bad QC.
