Stopped working
The phone at first was great but 5 months later the phone crapped out. It goes in and out where the person on the other line can and then can’t hear me. Now it is making a screeching sound that hurts my ears. I am very disappointed. I was in hopes this would be a good one. Nope

Worked for about 3 months then extreme quality issues
I am using the headset with a Polycom VVX 311. The headset worked for about 3 months before the connection started breaking up. It will sometime work for about a minute,, sometimes 10 seconds, sometime a few minutes before the call starts breaking up. The call is clear from the handset and speaker, so definitely the headset.

Echo Echo every call
Terrible quality. My customers can never hear me and always an echo and it is always dead even after charging
