As per described,made of sturdy materials.I was a bit sceptical about the metal tube this comes with.However,it seems strong and easily holds over 150kg.The soft foam handles were easy to put on which is important when changing from double wheel to single wheel use.Overall a great product for the price!

I like that there’s a normal version and an advanced version. The grip foam was hard to get on the handle. I used some lubricant. You wouldn’t want to switch between the two versions. But once it’s set up, it functions quite nicely as an abs wheel. The wheel is grippy and the handle feels sturdy.

The looks and description are great, handy little booklet advising, how to assemble your purchase is awesome, giving beginner and advanced instruction.However l struggled to put the first handle, perhaps my right hand isn't 100%, if you purchase this item, and find that putting the second handle is difficult, my advice is to put a little baby oil on your finger, rub this on inner end of soft grip and also on the head of the bar, l found that it slides on easier than the gentle twisting. I hope this is okay.

This is a basic abs roller; does the job without breaking the bank. By basic I mean quality is not great; easy to construct and only time will tell how long it will last. Good product advert, though would not have paid the original claimed price.

As soon as I got it. Its very well made for the price. So over the moon. At first I wasn't do excerise correctly. Watched video on YouTube massive difference. & when arms are extended hold for 5-10 seconds for 5 reps next 6 then 7 and so on.

Trains the abs well it just took me like 3-4 days to get the balance of it. If your starting start of with knees and dont do the same mistake i did trying to start standing up
