The material is somewhat cheap. However, the one size fits all worked even for me at 5 ft 5 in. And 183 pounds. It is for a historical costume so will work well.

This was perfect for my ren fest dress that was too sheer. I’m 5’7” and this went all the way to the ground on me. I will say it was a little tight and came with the string not laced through one side so I had to pull it out and run it through again which was difficult.

This whole skirt/petticoat is made of a plastic material, almost like it's made from a bedwetter sheet. It's thick, stiff, and holds a lot of static. It says that it fits up to a 43" waist, but feels tight on my 33" waist. It is a lot puffier than advertised and cannot be used for my intended purpose.

I'm 5'3 and this comes to the ground even when I pull the elastic waistband up to the band of my bra. I'm going to have to do a folded seam to get it to sit at my waist. It's also not that full - if you're planning to go hoopless for volume, give this a pass, even thrown in the dryer and fluffed, it's pretty sleek. It gives good swish but not the hoop style pouf a lot of others will give. There's only one layer of tulle under the fabric. I'm not really happy with this but it seems decently made and it does fit as expected on my chubby frame.

Loved the fit but the textured waistband and drawstring was too visible through the material of my wedding dress. Would be better under thicker material or if wearing more layers. Fabric is nice and not itchy.

For those that don't care about material - it is made alright. But it really feels like a plastic shower curtain liner or plastic table cover... not worth keeping in my closet for a price

This is shoddy work if I've ever seen it. Some of the seams inside aren't even sewn and there's material hanging with ragged edges. It will not be at all comfortable to wear. Very disappointed.
