I tried bee bread for the first time, and I love how easy it is on my stomach compared to regular pollen. It supports my energy and digestion naturally, and the capsules are simple to take daily.

Results aside, it is very easy to swallow. It recommends to take them on an empty stomach, which lined up with my mornings very well since I intermittent fast. The bottle smells great and occasionally I'll have a honey sweet after taste. Very pleasant. For what you get, it seems kind of pricey. I likely won't be getting a refill, but others may notice more benefit than I did. It's pretty easy to work into a routine.

Cones: I replaced the lid on the bottle, because I do not like to unscrew the top every day, with the lid I can just pop it up easily (I took it from another vitamin bottle). Overall, it is a good product and worth buying. It could be good for someone living with healthy lifestyle.
