I bought this for my son since he is working outside in the heat. He is using this shirt with the cooling towel. The only thing is he got white and it's hard to get out the dirt so it has stains after using it a few times.

I weigh 160 pounds and ordered this shirt in my usual size medium. Fit is very loose and baggy on me. The moisture wicking and breathable features work poorly when the shirt fits too loosely. Sewing quality is mediocre with lots of exposed interior seams, which are a step down from the flat-knit or taped seams that I see on other workout shirts that Amazon sells in this price range.
