Good price, good quality dark chocolate
The chocolate arrived much sooner than expected. It was packaged well enough.The taste is great. It works well for tempering, baking and it is good to eat on its own.Would recommend to anyone who gets through a lot of chocolate.

A good substitute for bars of chocolate
We usually order a 3kg bag but this option has not been available for some time. Worry is that we will get through the extra 2kg as quickly as 3kg because they are very tasty! Better value than buying bars of dark chocolate.

Cheap and fine for cakes etc. but not as good as Callebaut. If you compare equivalent callebaut at around 70% then there is no comparison - especially if you are selecting one of their specialist varieties such as Sao Tome or Satongo.

I haven't used this product to it's fill potential but over all in all, it's a good product.
It's a very rich product, all in all. I ordered the hight consistency which was my own fault, but it's a good product, you just need to mixed with a lower percentage of chocolate and it will be fine!!

Muy buen chocolate. Ya había probado el chocolate Belcolade y este también me ha parecido de gran calidad. El formato y el precio es ideal para aquellos, que como yo, quieran disfrutar en casa de sus postres caseros con un chocolate de buenísima calidad. Si tuviera que poner algún pero no sería por el chocolate sino por el envío. Dado que se trata de un chocolate de calidad, Amazon debería empaquetarlo con más esmero ya que ha cierta temperatura el chocolate se derrite, cosa que no ocurre si viene bien empaquetado y protegido.
