Shower Accessories - Shower Heads - Triton Nitro Single Spray Pattern Shower Head White

This is a retail packed original Triton shower head with no bells and whistles. i.e. You can't vary the water pattern at all, which is just what I wanted. I bought it to replace the three position head on my Triton Combi HP shower which, after many years of good service, broke when it dropped into the shower tray.This head is smaller than most multi-position heads, being only 7cm across and seems to have less holes in the head too, so it results in more of a needle effect from the water as the pressure seems to be higher per hole. However I found I still got more flow rate from this even with the shower turned down a bit that from the old head that it replaced. Overall it is OK for the price, I paid £11 from Amazon with free delivery.UPDATE: I've changed my review score from 4 stars to 3 based on my personal experiences. Due to our high water pressure the needle like nature of this head proved to be a bit of a pain so we replaced it with a Grohe 'Vitalio Joy' shower head which is physically larger and is described having a 'Rain' flow pattern. It was a little more expensive but far more pleasant to shower under. So if you have reasonably high water pressure you might want to consider this.

After my original Triton showerhead broke I bought many own brand replacements. Some multifunction and some single position. All leaked or ran strangely, one even caused a leak over the edge of the bath. This showerhead is just like the one that came with the shower so it is just what I was after. No leaks, sprays where it should. I should have just stuck with original Triton replacements in the first place.

Had a few seconds of panic as when I turned the electric shower on it came up as low pressure but after turning it off and on again it worked fine. I think it was just a coincidence that it occurred the first time I used this particular shower head. The flow is fine for me and I like that I don't have to take it apart. Cheap and cheerful but does a good job.

This is a basic, one position shower head. However, it is very well made, fits my Triton Cara shower perfectly and suits my needs perfectly. I bought it to replace a more powerful shower head, with a larger 'spread', which used to soak the bathroom floor and cause a lot of excess moisture in the air. I am very happy with my purchase; it arrived quickly, well packaged (it didn't fit through the letterbox as stated in the listing though, so perhaps that could be amended for the future?) and the price is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Simple replacement for our existing Triton Shower. Arrived on time, well packaged and easy to install.

This really does not work well if you have high water pressure, especially if your water is also hard - you risk blowing out the safety valve on an electric (triton) shower, mine took two uses, very annoyed.

It does what it says on the tin. Fitted it to my Triton shower. Normal service is resumed.
