Great quality. I bought this to put under my bird cage for when they make a, "Poopsy" This mat will definitely hold up to a chair too. I'm very happy with this too because it's so easy to clean and the price was not bad at all. I used to work.in an office and this mat would probably last 1-2 years in a commercial setting, 8+ hours of being rolled on. Which is pretty darn good.

unobtrusive, and protecting my lovely hardwood at a counter where the family eats often, and the floor was getting scratched despite pads on the legs of the chairI've had it a while now, and it is not getting scratched. If I have to replace it every so often, though, I won't mind as the cost and hassle of redoing a floor is HUGE.

I expected it to be a hard surface, but it is a roll-out floor mat. I ordered it as 60" wide which is exactly what I needed for my desk, but it is only 58.5", so it doesn't fully cover the area I was shooting for, but it is workable, so I'm keeping it. It doesn't have a smell that I can detect. It attracts dust, so I have to wipe it down often. It protects the wood floor area that I roll my desk chair on, and that's the important thing. It says it does not stick to the floor, but only time will prove that true or not. You have to put something on the corners while it flattens out.

Came on time and product gave me no issues rolling out and I did not even have to weigh the ends down…looks great and this was exactly what I was looking for to help protect hardwood floors.

Do not buy this item, it is flimsy and keeps folding over. Tried to return the item, but missed the authorization date by 4 days. You get what you pay for, this is an inferior product.R. Wedemeyer

To thin/ flexible, It bunches up when I roll my chair from my desk to another behind me

We took a chance on these mats since the price was much less than a comparable product at our local chain office supply store. Our 2 mats arrived promptly and did not have any odor at all. We unrolled them, then rolled them in the opposite direction before laying them on the floor. They both lay flat immediately and don't slide at all on the hard floor. The mats allow the beauty of the floor to be seen through them. The mats appear to be durable. We are well pleased and highly recommend these mats. They're great mats and an excellent value.

Did anyone else buy in to the idea that LVP flooring is "indestructible?" Apparently not under a rolling or sliding chair that gets used frequently. We bought these mats to go under our rolling home office chairs as well as under a dining set in my mom's house after getting the LVP flooring repaired in both areas. These mats come rolled up and are impressively difficult to unroll (seriously - get a friend to help). We laid them flat for a couple of days under weighted objects. Once they flattened out, we put them to work, and so far so good!
