Sturdy little thing!
This was perfect piece for me to take on my solo trip to Europe, i usually have my little tripod that I use for my phone, and my gopro. I have a mirrorless camera that I usually use a bigger tripod for.. but I did not want to pack 2 tripod and one being bulkier than the other. I wanted to try out this connector for my smaller tripod so I just use one for all 3 devices. It is super easy to use. Screwed well and perfectly onto my Canon EOSM6 mirrorless camera and it stayed on well as well. I would purchase this again. Nice it comes in a pack of 2 as well. I recommend if you travel a lot, use different tripods that you use other devices for, that you just need quick detachment, to transfer devices onto one tripod. Perfect little thing for gopro/ camera users!

Aluminum mount
Nice and sturdy mount. But the first ride i took, it viberated loose even with the set screws tight. Good thing I always check. I could have lost my $400 360 camera.

Too slippery and hard to hold Insta360 X3 in position
A well made product! I have used it mostly to attach a tether to the bottom of my Insta360 selphie stick.Unfortunately it's too slick to mount to a gopro mount point for the Insta360 X3 to hold it firmly in position. No matter how firmly I tighten the screw, it still can pivot when the insta360 X3 is mounted to a plastic GoPro mount. After all, this should be the primary purpose of this part. I'm a bit disappointed in this issue.It may work ok for other smaller or lighter devices.
