It has been a true game-changer in my road to recovery. If you're dealing with tennis elbow or any similar condition, I wholeheartedly recommend this therapy ball set. I mainly use the fully round one, it has brought me significant relief and accelerated my healing process. The targeted exercises and massages have effectively alleviated the pain and stiffness in my elbow. As a bonus, because I keep it in my desk, I end up using it almost as a stress-relief ball. It has a nice weight to it so it feels nice to throw it around during the day :) Review: Miraculously pain free after using (following instructions) - I admit I was sceptical after months of physiotherapy twice a week plus exercises to recover my leg and back strength after back surgery a few months ago. Every second step still hurt and steps were still far beyond me. Finally I ordered this ball set and after carefully reading the guidance, immediately put them to use. After a full night of sleep without any pain I wondered if indeed this was a solution to my ongoing stiffness and pain. It’s only been a week but every day I have more mobility and strength and now am climbing steps. It could be entirely coincidental, but I’m confident that what my muscles needed more than anything was the compression and motion provided by these balls. How I wish I had bought them months ago but I’m thrilled to have them now and my PT feels appropriately validated by her recommendation. I use them as often as my body can tolerate and have never looked back. ## Features - PAIN RELIEF – Take pain relief back into your own hands with a massage ball kit designed to target your widest range of body tissues: Lower and Upper Back, Neck, Shoulders, Glutes, Legs, Knees, Hands and Feet - YOUR OWN PERSONAL MASSAGE THERAPIST – Save the time and cost of physiotherapy massage treatments with a portable solution for your home, work or the gym. If you wish to use the Trigger Ball against a wall please place it inside a sock to avoid the possibility of any markings. Placing the ball inside a sock also allows better control of the positioning and movement of the ball. please refer to the User Guide included with your set for further details. Best regards Jack Plyopic **Q: How hard is the spiky ball?** A: I weigh about 18 stone, I can't say I have put my full weight on it but I can't say I have have felt any sign of it giving way as I use it. I wouldn't worry. It is really hard. **Q: Is the porcupine ball hard? I've heard firm massage balls are more effective.** A: Hi Matt, Yes the porcupine ball is the maximum hardness for this type of massage ball, which enables deeper penetration into fascia and connecting tissues to increase circulation, stimulate the nervous system and soothe Plantar Fasciitis, foot arch pain and other aches and ailments. Best regards Emily Plyopic **Q: How do I get the digital user guide?** A: To access your digital user guide, please follow the instructions stated on the insert card included with your set. The URL inside the box (for the manual) didn't work and so I had to email the Company - got a prompt and helpful response. My reluctance to give a full 5 * review relates to the black "dimpled" ball. It's formed from 2 halves "glued" together and, for about half the circumference, the seam is raised and sharp. This means you have to get the ball in the correct position to make sure the seam doesn't dig into you (it's so sharp that, when you run a finger along it, it almost feels like it could slice skin). I've actually found myself using the pain, rubber ball more. When a muscle is actually at the point where pressing on it is painful - you really don't want something spikey in there. But they're def helping and come in a nice little drawstring, net bag. ## Frequently Bought Together - Plyopic.
